Maysam Alie-Bazzi Primary HR responsibilities

  1. Evaluations – Stages; Plan I, Plan II and Plan III status ratings; Teachscape Training
  2. Tenure approval and monitoring
  3. Non-renewal of employees
  4. Development and implementation of a state aligned evaluation tool.
  5. Technology Upgrades System wide
  6. School Improvement Support, building visits, walkthroughs and observations.
  7. Administrator Mentoring
  8. Professional Development for Administrators and Support to Teacher PD

Rob Seeterlin Primary Responsibilities Instructional (DFT , ADSA, & Exempt) —Supervises David Hardoin in the HR department

  1. Investigations
  2. Discipline
  3. Leaves and FMLA
  4. Attendance monitoring
  5. Staffing Allocations- Applicant Central, Requisitions, Postings, Interviews, Transfers, Hiring and Acceptance of New Hire Recommendations
  6. Labor/Union Relations
  7. Grievances
  8. EEOC
  9. Professional Development

Ruth Bankhead Non-instructional (DSOEA, DFSE, Noon Hour Superivors, Substitutes and Child Care) Supervises Hala Dakroub and Khawla Mazloum in HR.
